Hargan principals acted as initial management, guiding the company's go-to-market strategy, R&D efforts and management recruitment. In late 2002, Hargan was instrumental in successfully raised significant follow-on financing from Vengrowth Capital Partners. In February 2006, VisualSonics announced it had surpassed 200 customer installations and 2005 annual sales of $24 million.
Brighter Minds is a leading children's media company. The company develops and distributes multimedia products including software, DVD games, books and print materials. Brighter Minds uniquely combines educational fundamentals and entertainment value to provide a learning experience that is fun for children aged 2 to 12. Teltronics, Inc. is a leading global provider of communications solutions and services that help businesses excel. The Company manufactures telephone switching systems and software for small-to-large size businesses, government, and 911 public safety communications centers. Hargan principals supplemented initial management, guiding the development of core intellectual property and securing initial customers. In 2002, Hargan was instrumental in raising significant follow-on financing for Tri-link from a syndicate of Canadian venture capitalists including Discovery Capital. In mid-2003, Tri-Link was sold to Teltronics amidst a tough telecom environment, a testament to the company's ground-breaking technology and solid customer base. Hargan maintains significant equity interest and board representation in Teltronics. The Company announced 2004 sales of $50 million.
